How To Shake Your Booty in 30 Days

I came across this site recently that talks about how you can Lose Weight By Dancing! The author seemed to be inspired by zumba and the "happiness" factor that you experience while exercising in a zumba class.

I haven't personally tried her DVD's but I like the concept and think it is worth reading her philosophy.

I agree with her belief that you don't need to beat up your body to get it into shape. I've tried bootcamp workouts myself that left me feeling like I'd been run over by a truck. I just don't see how this is good for me and it is not very successful because I won't do it again. As they say the best workout is the one you actually do!
