Learn to salsa dance at home

I think instructional DVD's are great. I've learned alot of dance steps from DVD's. In fact my partner and I taught a salsa dance group class and most of our information came from a DVD (we did already know how to dance salsa but the DVD helped us to show how to teach it).

Why learn to salsa dance from a video?
First of all you save money. Group classes are the cheapest way to go but you will not get personal attention and you cannot take the material home unless the instructor allows videotaping. Private classes cost $50 to $100 per hour.

With a video you can practice the steps over and over, at your convenience, on your own schedule. Salsa dancing does not take up alot of room so just the space in front of your television is sufficient.

Choosing a good instructional video is important. I found this one on Amazon that has 100% five star reviews. I like that it comes in a 3-pack because once you master the basics you will want to know more. The reviews really are GREAT! Read them here: SalsaCrazy video reviews

The best price is on amazon.com: Learn to Salsa Dance, Beginners 3 Pack: The Complete Beginner Salsa Dancing Guide
