This set has many great features. One is that there are alot of breakdown of the steps. There are seven DVD's total in the package and one of them is devoted strictly to teaching you the steps one by one.
There is a body sculpting DVD that teaches you Zumba Toning and Zumba Sentao which is the new workout that uses a chair as a prop. The Zumba DVD set comes with a set of toning sticks for the toning portion.
A fitness concert DVD allows you to watch and participate in a full-blown concert along with thousands of dancers. There are live musicians and a clever circular stage where the dancers enter and exit by being lifted from the bottom of the platform.
You have options on the DVD's to turn off the verbal cueing. This way when you get tired of hearing their instructions you can just do the zumba class to the background of the music.
